This diary of events is prepared voluntarily by the West of England Regional Callers’ Assembly to assist Clubs in the West of England in planning their dance programmes to avoid events clashing. Clubs should still contact the Coming Events Secretary of  BAASDC especially if the event is to be listed in ‘Let’s Square Dance’ magazine.
To try and avoid clashes, Club Secretaries are asked to contact Peter Wright (Tel 01242 526823, e-mail peterphyll@talktalk.net)  with dates of proposed dances BEFORE MAKING FINAL BOOKINGS to check what other dances have been notified since the last update of the diary. When the booking has been made, please give details to Peter so that the diary can be updated.

Events listed are for Saturday evenings unless otherwise shown, and the programme of dancing will be Mainstream with the possibility of some pre-announced Plus tips unless otherwise stated. Dancers are advised to check the dance programme (‘level’) before travelling, as changes do sometimes occur after the information is given to the diary.
